I am using this to help with Neuropathy. I take it in the evening before bedtime to help with sleep. I have only been using the product a short time but it appears to be helping. I will leave another review in a few weeks.
First Box – So Far So Good
I have been taking this in my decaf coffee every morning for the last couple of weeks. It blends pretty well – makes the coffee a bit more bitter, but not bad. I do seem to be more alert during the day – moderate improvement in general ‘wit.’ I will finish off the box and order at least one more time to confirm if the supplement truly works as promised. We have many that take Neuro Regen specifically for their MS, but we always recommend that you speak with your doctor to confirm that it is right for you.
We always suggest that you start at 1/2 tsp daily at any time of the day is fine.
If well tolerated, you can increase to 2+ servings a day at the time of your choosing.
A good suggestion is dividing the servings once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
Others have seen the same results with only 1/2 tsp. It’s a very individual decision based on tolerance and the benefits achieved.
