I initially wrote this for my uncle…but here’s the content to get started. Enjoy!

I gathered a few resources to get you jump started in the right direction. You’re going to hear paleo or bulletproof diet etc. Don’t think about the names so much, but as to the research that backs this way of eating. It’s one of the most nutritional dense ways to eat which will provide your body with many of the building blocks that you need to heal. We’ll address targeted supplementation later. I have a ton of resources, but I’m going to try to limit it to 1 – 2 people so you can get use to their name(s). None of this is my original thought – I simply took the time to going through data and research over the last 8-10 years and see results time and time again… and as always if you have questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Try to get the reading of the articles done first, so you start to get an understanding. Their pretty short in text – so go get that knowledge haha 😉

Food References:

  • This is an easy list to get started from, don’t get caught up on the words bulletproof diet. The guy Dave Aspery simply took the Paleo diet and fine-tuned it a little to create he’s version. Don’t buy anything from he’s company it’s overpriced and I can recommend cheaper alternatives from Amazon if you need something, but the outline of the food is a pretty good start 17 pages: https://www.bulletproofexec.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/bulletproof-shopping-guide-final-orange.pdf
  • If you don’t have a convenient source for Grass-fed beef this is the Farm I use… I usually get the Foreman Beef Pack: http://hatcreekgrown.com/orderonline.html
  • Recipes: If you get stuck on how to prepare something I recommend downloading Pintrest and search for example: Paleo Cauliflower Recipes , So “Paleo (name of food) recipe”

Note: If you need recommendation on specific brands or have any questions about the food just ask 🙂
