Simple, our return rate is almost non-existent, and our customers appreciate our service, products, and passion for our industry. This allows customers to shop with the confidence they deserve when purchasing from Primal Herb.

Customers (original purchaser) may return or exchange any opened or unopened product.  When returning, the original box and spoon along with any unused portion of the product, must be returned. Once received and confirmed, the customer will receive a refund in the original form of payment. Primal Herb LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements or in cases where it suspects abuse.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS

    1. When an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, and you claim you did not receive it, we will evaluate the issue. If we determine a replacement is justified, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment cost. Please note once the carrier confirms delivery, our responsibility is complete. Any other action on our part is a courtesy.
    2. Shipments that encounter exceptions such as clearance delays or delivery exceptions due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Please contact us.

Return & Refund Policy

    1. Please get in touch with us with the order number describing the issue at Support@PrimalHerb.com
    2. After submitting, we will start the process and email the return shipment information.
    3. Once received a refund will be issued promptly.
    4. Refunds granted are refunded for product cost only and do not include the original shipping cost paid by the customer.
