Excellent sleep aid

I love this as a sleep aid. It doesn’t cause the strange dreams I get with Valerian Root nor the next-day drowsiness I often get from doxylamine (Nyquil, Unisom) and diphenhydramine (Benadryl). It smells like a billy goat, but I mix it with a cup of warm milk, a tablespoon of honey and a few drops of lemon extract, which makes a very tasty concoction.

Stress free moments

I put this powder in my green tea. Make sure you stir it really well so it mixes in. I could feel myself relax with each sip- which is a near miracle- I have the hardest time relaxing. I feel as though my muscles are always tense. It did make me feel tranquil- or perhaps serene is a better word. I was able to sit back, relax, and watch TV. It did make me a bit drowsy.

It helps to take the edge off.

I’ve been using it for a week now. I consider myself an anxious person. It has been helping. It recommends using twice a day, I have. I’ve only been using 1/2 teaspoon at a time. It dissolves easily in milk and even though it says it has a bit of bitter aftertaste I have not noticed any. This little bag has a many more doses than you typical herbal teas. I was given a discount in exchange for my honest review. I’ll buy again.
