Great for Hot Flashes

I use one level spoonful (measured using the included bamboo spoon) in a cup of hot chocolate each evening, and it really reduces the number and severity of my hot flashes. I would miserable without Yin Synergy, but life is good so long as I have it. Thank you, Primal Herb!

5 Stars

So far, I’m loving this product. Seems to be doing what it claims. I feel good! Is it psychosomatic?🤷🏻‍♀️ Who knows? Who cares? I’m satisfied!😏👍🏻

This helps!!

This product is absolutely amazing 😉 it has literally helped me with PCOS, breast cysts, menopause symptoms…..if I run out for a few days oh my goodness I can tell!! Love Primal Herb!!!

Very impressed

I just received this and was so impressed that I wanted to make sure and review it. I enjoyed the taste, it reminded me a little of Thai tea just not as sweet. The packaging was impressive they did a great job on it. The bag it comes in is an easy to close-up bag and cute little wooden spoon. As far as the herbs helping me I’ll have to wait and the do another review of that.

Maca Root (Lepidium meyenii)

This root vegetable related to radishes and turnips has gained a nickname around the world, “Peruvian ginseng.” Native to South America, it was considered a health tonic for all sorts of issues, much like the Asian ginseng. Except, in maca’s case, it gained particular attention for how it impacted fertility—female fertility.*

This attention made it one of the most popular herbs for female health today.

Studies show it may support estrogen levels, boost fertility, smooth over PMS, and much more.*

Damiana (Turnera diffusa)

Travel north a few thousand miles from where maca grows, and you will find damiana, known to grow in the southern US, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and parts of northern South America. It’s a sub-tropical creeping plant with bright yellow flowers and a strong reputation in many herbalist practices.

Some could consider it a stress reliever and reproductive tonic all in one.*

Which can be a perfect herbal support for women for many reasons. Studies confirm these traditional recordings and uses, with research demonstrating both aphrodisiac and anti-anxiety effects in test results.*

Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus)

No, it’s not the asparagus you’re thinking of—but it is a close relative. By comparison, shatavari looks like a beautiful, gentle fern, and is often grown as a houseplant.

Its feminine appearance is a perfect match for shatavari’s many healing uses.

It is still used in Ayurvedic traditional healing practices today, as well as made available in supplement form for supporting female health.* In addition to knowledge from Ayurveda herbals, studies reveal fertility-improving, increasing drive and desire, stress-relieving, and estrogen-enhancing properties—plus, benefits for many female reproductive disorders.*

Tribulus (Tribulus terrestris)

Unlike the above herbs native to more tropical regions, you will only find an herb like tribulus (common name “Bindii”) growing in the desert. It grows prolifically in arid regions all over the world.

But it’s real home, in terms of healing, is in India and Ayurvedic practice.

Here, the aerial parts of the plant (particularly the seeds) were used as a reproductive tonic.* Research indeed shows that tribulus may improve reproductive health in women: it may increase fertility, boost drive and desire, and female reproductive dysfunction disorders.*

Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed)

Most may think that epimedium may be a better-matched herb for male vitality, drive, desire, and boosting testosterone only—but they couldn’t be more wrong.* The herb contains an active compound, “icariin,” which is shown to be good for both men AND women.

And it appears to have the same type of benefits for both.*

Studies on female health benefits specifically show a great ability for horny goat weed to improve and balance estrogen levels.* It may also help protect estrogen receptors, reduce the risk of estrogen-caused cancers (like breast cancer), and do the same favors of promoting better energy, drive, and desire.*

Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides)

Deep in the Amazon rainforest, indigenous tribes used the bark and roots of a particular plant to fight stress, increase vitality, and rejuvenate fertility.* This plant was called muira puama, and it is now a popular herb for supporting reproductive health.*

Muira puama is now available to both men and women beyond the Amazon.

For women, though, there are quite a few perks. Research also confirms there are benefits to drive, desire, menopause, fatigue, and even some redeeming qualities for women facing breast cancer, though more studies are needed.*

Goji Berry (Wolfberry)

While more famous for being an antioxidant superfood, many may not realize goji berries (also known as wolfberries) can pack quite a punch for men and women’s health.

Though, interestingly, it appears to have better health benefits for women.*

Studies show the berry, related to tomatoes, has marked effects on anxiety, stress, and depression in women, suggesting a synergy with female hormones. Research also shows it revs up drive, too.*

Yin Synergy also includes the addition of piperine, the active alkaloid chemical found in black pepper. It immediately increases the bioavailability of the powerful compounds in these mushrooms so that you can feel the difference!*
